Join us this November for HKN’s premier event! The Student Learning Conference is a great place to connect, to learn, and to work beside HKN members from around the globe! This weekend is dedicated to turning top students and chapter officers into leaders. This three-day event features tracks for leadership training, advisor programming, technical presentations, professional development, labs, workshops, and a career and graduate school recruitment fair!

Visit with the numerous IEEE Technical Society representatives who have joined us this weekend. IEEE can truly be your technical home, a place where you find and work with mentors and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. You can research in specific fields, meet friends and future colleagues, and possibly even find grant funds and fellowships. IEEE is a great resource. Use it!

- Identify your Chapter’s point person for all communication with HKN headquarters regarding the HKN-provided hotel accommodations – please fill out this form as soon as possible.
- Confirm your Chapter’s attendance by 20 September 2024.

- US$40 registration fee per student member or Faculty Advisor.
- US$30 early bird registration fee per student member or Faculty Advisor. (Early Bird discount ends 27 September 2024).
- Members of the 2023 and 2024 Key Chapters will receive a US$10 discount.
- Registration fee includes all learning sessions, workshops, awards banquet, and all meals and snacks during the conference.
- Should you need to cancel, refunds will be available if requested by 18 October 2024.
- HKN will provide one hotel room for up to 4 students and one hotel room for Chapter advisors for Friday and Saturday night of the conference. Any additional rooms needed will be at the student/Chapter’s expense.
- Only students and advisors who are registered by October 17th can be placed in the HKN-provided room(s).
- HKN covers only the cost of the room. Students and advisors are responsible for paying any incidentals charged to the room.
- (For Chapter Points of Contact who had assigned students in an HKN-provided room before the deadline of October 18th, we will be providing a confirmation code with your room details in your inbox.)
