We can’t wait to see you in Ann Arbor! Special thanks to the Beta Epsilon Chapter of HKN for being our 2025 SLC Host Chapter! The Student Leadership Conference will be held at the Michigan Union, 530 S. State Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48109. Chapter members are invited to stay at The Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor.
Hotel Accommodations
- HKN Chapters who identify a Chapter Point of Contact before 5 September 2025 are eligible for one hotel room (up to 4 students) and hotel room for their Faculty Advisor for two nights.
- Everyone assigned to an HKN-provided room must have registered for the conference.
- Students and faculty advisors are responsible for paying incidentals.
- Additional rooms for Chapter members must be reserved by any additional Chapter attendees.

Hilton Garden Inn, 1401 Briarwood Circle, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 has a limited number of rooms at the rate of $205.00 per night plus tax. Rooms must be book through this link before October 7th.
