Chapters should confirm who their point of contact is by 5 September 2026 to be eligible for HKN-provided hotel accommodations for their members and faculty advisor!

- Share the news with your Chapter members, Faculty Advisors, Chapter Advisors, and Department leadership!
- Confirm your Chapter’s point of contact for all communication with HKN headquarters regarding the HKN-provided hotel accommodations by 5 September 2026 – a form will be provided soon.
- Need to do some fundraising for the travel costs? Review this Funding Resource Guide.
- HKN will provide each Chapter one hotel room and cover the cost of two nights (Up to four students can stay in one room).
- Confirm HKN-provided hotel room guests by 10 October 2026.
- Faculty Advisors: HKN will cover the cost of two nights for one hotel room for a Chapter Faculty Advisor (This room is in addition to the student room).
- Identify your Chapter’s point of contact for all communication with HKN headquarters regarding the HKN-provided hotel accommodations – Please fill out this form by 5 September 2026.
- You must be registered for the conference before you can be assigned to an HKN-provided hotel room.
- HKN Chapters who identify a Chapter Point of Contact before 5 September 2026 are eligible for one hotel room (up to 4 students) and one hotel room for their Chapter Advisor for two nights.
- Everyone assigned to an HKN-provided room must have registered for the conference by 29 October 2026.
- (For Chapter Points of Contact who had assigned students in an HKN-provided room before the deadline of October 10th, we will be providing a confirmation code with your room details in your inbox shortly.)
