Chamika Sudusinghe
Chamika Sudusinghe is a second-year PhD student at the Siebel School of Computing and Data Science, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before starting his PhD, he worked as a Software Engineer at WSO2 LLC. Chamika has been actively volunteering with IEEE since 2017, contributing to global, regional, and section initiatives. He currently holds leadership roles as the Vice Chair of the IEEE Young Professionals Committee and Chair of the IEEE Systems Council Young Professionals Committee. Chamika is an SRC Research Scholar and NSF Graduate Fellow. His academic and volunteering achievements have earned him the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Honor Society Award, the Lance Stafford Larson Student Award, the Richard E. Merwin Student Scholarship, IEEE Region 10 SAC Outstanding Volunteer Award, the ICT Student of the Year Award (Sri Lanka) and the IEEE Sri Lanka Section Outstanding Student Volunteer Award. His research has been published in prominent venues such as Applied Soft Computing, IEEE Design & Test, and the Design, Automation, and Test in Europe (DATE) Conference.
