Jim Signorile

Jim is a long-time employee of Lockheed Martin, having started his journey with the company in 1998 at the Owego, NY facility as a Hiring Coordinator. In Owego, he played a pivotal role in recruiting experienced professionals, college students, and interns. He also managed the Leadership Development Program, oversaw the internship program, and was part of the patent selection team.

In 2001, Jim was chosen to help establish a company-wide National University Relations team (UR). After the team’s formation, he served as a Campus Recruiter for thirteen schools in the northeast. He left UR in 2003 when he relocated to Colorado but returned to UR in 2007, taking on the role of Campus Manager. In this position, he continued managing a portfolio of schools and collaborated closely with university leadership, deans, faculty, and staff. Jim has held various leadership, training, and program management roles. Currently, he is the UR Lead for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics business area. His outstanding contributions to COVID-19 Pandemic best practices were recognized with a NOVA award in 2021.
