Kayla Henneberry

Kayla Henneberry is a Program Associate with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE-USA), where she supports national programs focused on career development, professional education, member engagement, and organizational governance. She manages IEEE-USA’s national webinar program, coordinates professional development initiatives, leads committees, and supports IEEE-USA conferences serving engineers across the United States.

Previously, Kayla worked in IEEE-USA’s Government Relations department, where she supported federal policy initiatives related to artificial intelligence, semiconductors, workforce development, energy, transportation, space, and intellectual property.

Kayla holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, from Valdosta State University.
